The reason you need to make a claim will determine the kind of information we need from you.

As an ACE policyholder, you can get a claim form emailed to you which is pre-filled with your details using our Self-Service facility. For your convenience, the email will also include your policy schedule and a link to your policy wording.

We recommend you talk to us if you need any help or guidance on which form(s) to use or how to complete them.

It is important for you and us that we can assess every claim fairly and swiftly. By completing your form in full and supplying all the original supporting documents, you help to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays.
